  Hello, M Ive been having threshold support me for 5 years with no problem, till a problem got hired on. Her name is hannah she was hired to replace kendra who replaced darla. Right from my first text to hannh in April, I was very clear about what I needed that I needed help. I was specific. Hannah is one of the contributing factors in my current health situation. Each and every text for two month was me begging for help,to which she denied. Many texts were unanswered. She then informed me I could only get support(which means she does nothing between visits, no returning calls or following up)for 1 hour a week. So I continued to text. I was in a dangerous situation with my caregiver. I needed help. After two months of begging, I was found unconscious in my apartment with a blood oxygen of 62%. I was hypoxic. All my texts to hannah stopped two weeks ago as I was admitted to the ICU. My caregiver was neglecting me and my only lifeline was hannah. I sent one more text saying I was released.i ended up being rushed back to ICU. Still nothing from my thresholds support worker. 3 days ago I was well enough to call Tiffany hannahs boss, much to my shock Tiffany advised me that hannah has blocked my number from her work cell. Thus cutting off my lifeline. Her reasons; I was texting too much and I was saying harassing things. I reviewed every text again fearing I might have been rude. Each and every single text is me begging Hannah for support there are texts for 4 days just asking her to call me. Nvm I digress, because of hannah and my caregiver I was forced to live in a life threatening situation I almost died from neglect, but wait there's more, hanbah was to download the texts into software that rarely fails and I was told that conviently hannah could open the file there was a technical issue. I call bullshit. Hannah is guily of neglect, she did not help me in anyway. A Hannaha made this worse for me because I was all alone at the mercy of my caregiver and she told me only issues to do with mental health.let me see I'm being abused by someone a professional knows about the abuse and does nothing isn't that illegal Im sitting here in a hospital room with no support. Great plan

  Thresholds provides exceptional support for individuals struggling with mental health and addictions. The staff are caring, kind and compassion and often under appreciated but nevertheless go above and beyond for the clients. I would recommend Thresholds services for anyone struggling with mental health and addictions and is in need of support.

  I have never used their services however I live near their permanent housing buildings on Sheldon Ave N and I'm not sure exactly what services they offer however residents are continuously doing drug deals in front of their property, doing drugs on their property in plain view, so much that this place has installed a sharps container at their front door. The amount of time fire, police and EMS has been here for folks that refuse treatment is such a waste of tax payers money. The amount of folks who appear to be in mental distress on a daily basis suggests that they do very little to help these folks but more enable them. This is not a place that should be in a family neighborhood. These folks should be hospitalized so they can receive the proper treatment and if they don't want to get better, my taxes shouldn't be used to house them!
