Stop in today I needed new skis for my walker and they were actually closed being a holiday but the guys were setting up for their band practice and the owner helped me out with new ones . I greatly appreciate his help. I give this business a 5 star. Highly recommend them if you ever need any help. Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it. Brian pennings .

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family will never forget the kindness we experienced at True North Home Health in Chatham. We were visiting Ontario from Michigan when we realized we had accidentally left the footplates for our son’s manual wheelchair at home. We were hours away from home and feeling overwhelmed, not knowing how we were going to manage without them. Even though the business wasn’t officially open yet, Dave welcomed us with a smile and immediately started looking for a solution. He examined our son’s wheelchair, found a pair of footplates that fit perfectly, and simply gave them to us. His first concern wasn’t making a sale—it was helping our son. Dave’s compassion, generosity, and genuine kindness made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. It is rare to meet someone with such outstanding character and such a sincere desire to help others. Thank you, Dave, for treating complete strangers with such care and respect. Your generosity meant far more than you probably realize, and we’ll always remember your kindness. If you’re looking for home healthcare equipment or supplies, I wholeheartedly recommend True North Home Health. They truly care about the people they serve.

Tried to get a rollator through the ADP program. I had all the paperwork and the reps consistently refused to help me submit and complete purchase. They put up roadblocks at every step and made the process impossible. Went to another provider and completed it in a day. If you are looking to go through the ADP program do not use this provider.
