Such a wonderful experience at Wellwise in the Ajax Plaza. Will was phenomenal with customer service. Not only did he go out of his way and look for a product for me, he actually went to another store and picked it up and had it there the next day. Employees like this should be valued as they are so helpful and kind. Thank you Will, for being so professional and accommodating. Great work

Carolyn was so helpful helping me get what I needed. It was a seamless experience to purchase and she demonstrated how to use the boot I was getting. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend this store for your medical needs.

I wanted to share my experience with the Aircast Medium Knee Cryo Cuff I recently ordered online. When I received my order on March 30th, I realized the unit was a gravity-fed model, not the motorized version I had expected. This wasn’t clearly indicated during the online purchase, and since I had only seen the motorized version in-store, it was disappointing. I immediately repackaged the item (it was never used) and contacted customer service to request an exchange so I could purchase the correct model and pay the difference. Unfortunately, I was initially told the item was non-refundable, and no solution was offered, which was frustrating. Hoping for a better outcome, I reached out to the Ajax store and left a message on April 1st. I received a call back the next day from the manager, Alex, who was extremely helpful. She invited me to bring the item into the store, processed a refund, and assisted me in purchasing the correct unit. When I visited the store, Alex and her staff were friendly, understanding, and efficient. They completely turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. While my online ordering experience was disappointing, the in-store customer service was excellent. A big thank you to Alex and her team for their support and for resolving the issue so smoothly.
