Very reputable, professional and courteous. Client care is always reviewed. Extremely high accreditation received. Exceptional in-house and personalized training provided and at the highest standards always. From the perspective of a few clients - Passionate Care Services Inc is a great agency, one of the better agencies that they have dealt with, hence the reason why I would recommend choosing PCS Inc for your long term and short term care giving needs for your loved ones. I have had the pleasure of meeting the CEO and she’s nothing but amazing, nurturing and a true role model. Ms Lee you deserve your accolades. Lots of pros - they get back to your questions and concerns within a timely manner. Excellent customer service and client care is tailored to meet the client needs. At Passionate Care Service Inc, you will gain valuable experience and skills owing to their immense support and diversity of clients. I have had the privilege of working with this company when they took care of my uncle. The professionalism, the compassionate care and the excellent customer service that was provided was amazing. They catered to his cultural needs as well as all his physical needs. They were culturally sensitive and that made him comfortable and gave us peace of mind.
