I'm reviewing this as four stars because I don't usually give five stars unless I have shopped at similar businesses and see a real difference. I have not shopped at similar businesses because this is my first time needing disability equipment, so I can't make comparisons. However, I was very appreciative of how accommodating they were with changes to my order as my understanding of what I needed evolved. The personal and supportive attitude has made a stressful time less so. Shouting out Olivia for all her help and patience!

My husband, who has Parkinson’s disease, required a lift recliner chair with heat and massage features to improve his quality of life. We had great experience with Gaby. She provided exceptional service, was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the chair’s features thoroughly and clearly. Her patience and kindness made the process smooth and stress-free. We have dealt with Gaby for other purchases and she consistently goes above and beyond for us. Access Abilities Oakville is our favourite store and we would highly recommend it for individuals with mobility needs.
