I was trying to order AED replacement pads for my office, but the online ordering platform wouldn’t process one of our addresses. I ended up calling customer support and Nora was amazing! There was no hold time at all, which was a nice surprise. The non-profit safety organization I work for recently purchased an AED. I had a minor problem with the unit shortly after receiving it. I reached out, and the support I got was TOP SHELF. The issue was minor; however, it was a concern just after purchase. My problem was resolved quickly, and the follow-up has been excellent. Tiffany at AED4life was such a pleasure to work with. Our company required 15 AEDs and we had many questions. Tiffany answered all my questions with such a speedy response time. She provided additional information which really helped our organization understand what our best needs were. The AEDs arrived on time and in great condition.
