I am really happy to have the Pulse Alert wrist watch. It has been my companion since I received it. I wear it twenty four seven. It reminds me when to take my medications and comes back and just chat with me in between . I appreciate that it has become my companion. I look forward each morning to hearing from her. I had a terrific experience with Pulse Medical. Arthur Lefroy was very helpful in helping me make my decision. He was very patient and very understanding as was the guy (sorry I can't remember the name) who helped me set up when the equipment arrived. He was very, very patient and made me feel very comfortable. They both answered questions before I even voiced them. The whole experience was very pleasant.
