The initial experience with the clinic was very positive with the purchase however the follow ups and managing issues with the mask are very frustrating because the appointment times are never respected.

I wholeheartedly recommend Apnée Santé West Island and the team for their excellent service and commitment. Dina was very helpful introducing me to the clinic, explaining the entire process, and setup the home sleep test. Dr Weinstock reviewed the sleep test results with me. Valerie, the CPAP technician and expert, was always available (as was Dina) and helped me over my two-month trial run to decide which CPAP mask was best suited for me, monitored my progress, and modified the CPAP settings according to my needs. During the trial, I received invaluable assistance from both Valerie and Dina, who are both truly wonderful, caring and professional. They explained that I will have their continued support for the life of the CPAP unit, that I hope will extend over several years.
