We had a very disappointing experience purchasing from Closeout King Furniture. Please don’t trust Tanmay, Tazz, or Lagan, and avoid buying from these individuals or this company. We ordered several items for our home worth $6000, including a king-size bed set, a queen-size bed set, two three-seater sofas (one with a sofa bed), and night tables. The order was placed on May 3rd, with a promised delivery date of May 26th, which was later delayed to May 30th. We were only informed of the delay a day before delivery after multiple follow-ups. On delivery day, the king-size bed was not delivered to the upper floor, with the delivery team stating there was no space in the stairs, which was incorrect. We had to arrange and pay for an additional service to move it upstairs ourselves. During delivery, there were many damages caused to our property, and the company did not take responsibility for repairs. We ordered a three-drawer night table but received a two-drawer night table, which is also defective and not level. Despite repeated calls, we did not receive clear responses and found it very difficult to reach anyone for support. Sofa with bed is also really bad in quality. What was shown at the time of purchase is not the same. They don't give proper answer. I had to visit their shop after delivery and they told me that they will fix everything but nothing happens afterwards. Overall, the after-sales service and customer support were very poor, and several issues remain unresolved.

Gurkirat and kishan did a great job. They were excellent, efficient and very careful with everything they handled. The delivery was smooth, and they made sure everything was placed properly. Really appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. Highly recommend!
