  seems to be many common complaints We were in a bind to buy a MOBILE ceiling lift since I was flying out the next day (my wife has had MS for over forty years and is now bedridden and requires a lift) and the lift we had no longer worked. at the time of purchase we were told numerous prices and availability. when I had proof of the price that was quoted I was then told for the first time that was a price for a refurbished lift. I proved this was a lie by ROWAN. this took place after I had a price over the phone and then they tried to switch at their office. they never mentioned this lift weighed almost twice that of a normal one then when I got the lift home there was no arm to attach the sling to. I contacted the company and the only was I could get the arm was to drive to Woodbridge to meet someone that had the arm. I waited for over 45 minutes during rush hour in front of the address I was give until the guy finally drove by. this is customer service? ******the worst part of this disaster was the lift they sold had a limit of over 600 lbs which made the lift weight almost TWICE the weight of a normal lift. the PSWs could not lift the machine, its suppose to be mobile. when I contacted I was told by ROWAN to read the FINE PRINT that pretty well said once you're out the door they are done. I was told NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT by ROWAN. I said I would pay the difference and I was told that they would sell me another lift and I could sell the one I had privately. so now I would have over $7000 in lifts. I will also be contacting Teskie International the owners of Help mobility. beware you may get stuck with a lift you can hardly use HELP MOBILITY TRYS TO RECALLS EMAIL WITH AN AGREEMENT WHICH WE BOTH AGREED ON. NOW WANTS $600 After this review I was contacted by Chad by email asking for a video to show how difficult it is to use the LIFT that they sold us. who would ever provide such a video. next I was approached by Nourhan who said I was part of their FAMILY and she wasn't going to stop until I was satisfied. she was finally agreeable to taking the lift back and exchange it for a proper one if I paid a partial restocking fee. she sent me an email CONFIRMING OUR DEAL and I agree and confirmed the agreement and I wanted confirmation that the arm was included (pls read the trouble I had getting the last arm) Then she tried to RECALL THE EMAIL that showed we agreed. NOW she wanted $600.00 for the arm. I was not charged one CENT for the last arm, why would she try to charge me $600.00 now. so much for family and having me satisfied and the AGREEMENT she confirmed IN AN EMAIL. WHERE ARE Teskie International the owners of Help mobility and the president of HELP MOBILITY. I have copies of the emails but unsure if I can add them to this review. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED FROM SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY FROM HELP MOBILITY OR GIVE ME THE CONTACT INFORMATION OF THE PERSON WITH AUTHORITY, THERE ARE TOO MANY REVIEWS WITH THE SAME ISSUE. I HAVE ALL THE DATES AND CONTACT PERSON FROM EVERY PHONE CALL AND I HAVE SAVED EVERY EMAIL.

  Raef was here to adjust the Rental Electric Wheelchair and successfully adjusted my wheelchair according to my needs. I want to thank Help Mobility for sending to my home Raef such a wonderful person and an excellent technician. Thank you Help Mobility for your services and for helping me with my needs. I shall continue renting from you all the Hospital Equipment.

  I just called to order a hospital bed and wheelchair for a month, and had incredible, thoughtful, and exceptional customer service by a friendly and engaging man named Karim. He went over the cost, delivery, and pick up of the items, as well, he explained the various options available. Karim was patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. He did not make me feel rushed at all, and even applied a discount code to an already reasonable price!. I highly recommend Karim for all of your mobility and healthcare needs. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
