We initially had another company come by and diagnose an issue with our furnace over the holidays but they ended up misdiagnosising the issues and recommended a full replacement which felt like we were being gouged. After that experience, I was recommended Dan through a friend and it was a night and day difference in experience. He came on boxing day and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 2 hours. He is very knowledgeable and explained what happened, even went above and beyond with his diagnosis and made some really great recommendations to optimize our furnace set up. Dan will be my go to for all H.V.A.C needs, he knows his stuff and is really looking to solve your problems not just charging you the most. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a trust worthy and knowligable H.V.A. company.

I called DAD HVAC for a quote on a water tank install and they booked an appointment promptly (even over the Christmas holidays). Both Derek and Dan were very polite and easy to work with. They gave me a very competitive quote, gave me sound advice on options and how they will properly install the new tank (old tank was improperly installed and had to be replaced after 8 years). They were able to book me in quickly and did the install fast and clean. Very happy to have found this contractor via our Erindale Baseball Little League (they're a sponsor). Will definitely look to doing more business in the future.

Each time we have called on D.A.D HVAC they responded quickly and took the time to answer our questions and offer no pressure advice. After our furnace stopped working overnight, Derek visited promptly to assess the issue. We had Derek and Dan install a new furnace the next day and were very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and fair pricing. Their work is tidy with attention paid to the small details, something that is greatly appreciated these days. Highly recommended.
