I bought a vacuum at the Kitchener location a little over a year ago. Recently I had some problems with my vacuum and they were kind enough to honour the warranty even though it was a few weeks past the coverage. The staff member helping me was very helpful and kind. Prices for vacuums are very reasonable. Definitely check this place if you are in the market for a vacuum.

I went in with a Dyson stick vacuum that had intermittent problems for the brush roller. We couldn’t re-create the problem to occur. Kevin didn’t charge me for looking at the vacuum. The shop is in a great location, convenient parking, and it is nicely maintained and organized. I’ll go here for any of my vacuum maintenance, repair and for new units. Really liked the shop and the people there. A welcome addition to the area.
