I had them help with laundry. I rarely had dried clothes delivered. One of the people who did my laundry walked off with my pods and dryer sheets. There was always a problem with payment for the laundry. We spent about an hour and a half once dealing with payment issues and finding a laundromat (couldn’t give the worker money which caused confusion every single time than last time I could give them money). Spent sixtyish dollars for them to sort that out. They gave me no notification (twice) someone was coming. The last time I asked for service because I was leaving the next day. They came without telling me the next day as I was leaving. I told them I was leaving that day, they didn’t verify the time and then was charged for three hours for nothing (almost $150). She came as I was leaving and immediately left. I can understand charging me for an hour or something because of the mix up but three hours is ridiculous. Absolute train wreck!! I tried to have grace but please understand what you’re getting into. The people are nice which is why I gave two stars and not one but definitely not worth the price tag.

At present my wife and I have 2 wonderful, ladies, one of which has been with us for quite some time. They are invaluable at doing what we wish and they are very personable. They only have to be told once on what to do. They are very clean about themselves which is most important to us. Not to be forgotten is the office staff who are very delightful to talk to. They always do their best to satisfy our needs. Bravo Zulu to all of them.

A well-run organization. Adaptive to changing needs of the client is their strength. Always an earnest effort to make the care relationship work. Some staffing cultural gaps that make companionship needs a challenge, but nothing overly vexing and certainly not a unique challenge in todays Home Care industry.
