Needed a wheelchair on short notice to take my mom to an appointment. Lawtons didn't have anything available to rent and called Star medical after hours just on a whim. Gabe came through and got a chair to me asap. Amazing service! This is someone who cares about the people he serves.

I was in the hospital for a week after open heart surgery to remove a tumor in my heart. I tried and tried to get a hospital bed delivered before I was discharged. I called the Red Cross, Lawtons and a few other places but each had a wait list. I needed an electric bariatric bed because of the sternum precautions required post surgery for 8 weeks. On the last day before my discharge, I contacted Gabe at Star Medical Beds. I told him what I needed and he said he could help. He is very knowledgable and flexible. There was a snowstorm on the day I was leaving the hospital but he showed up, installed the bed before I got home. I was so relieved that I cried and thanked him for his commitment to his customers. I could go on but suffice it to know that if anyone asks where they can get a medical bed, I will ALWAYS recommend Gabe. Thank you for alleviated the biggest stressor for me. Cheers!
