These guys are incredible. Mun was patient and knowledgable about everything we asked him. He didn't push a sale. We wanted to take our time researching and he understood and respected that fact. He was also knowledgable on the scooter that we got for my wife - a ZT3 Pro and price matched it to the ongoing sale. With bikes/scooters, after sales service matters as much as the product to me. I'm hoping this extends to a productive relationship in the future.

Pretty pathetic. Went into the Mississauga location at approx 11am on March 10th and received no customer service at all. Waited for approximately 20 minutes for someone to offer a bit of help, however that never happened. I brought a vehicle to allow me to transport e-bike after purchase but since I could not get anyone to assist me, no purchase was made. I am thinking that perhaps I dodged a bullet. If this is how lousy the customer service is to purchase, I can only imagine how bad follow up service would be. Went to a competitior and bought our e-bike. Great service. I would not recommend Emmo Ebikkes Mississauga as customer service does not appear to exist. FAIL
