I highly recommend this place. My MIL injured her back and we desperately needed a wheelchair urgently. The owner is a gem of a person and accommodated me on a Sunday which saved us a lot of pain and headache. The wheelchair itself was clean and almost brand new.

I went on their website to order three items for rental. It did not say anything about leaving a deposit for each item. I called to verify the order, and he explained there was deposit for each item. I simply told him that the deposit should be explained on their website. He then told me that “I am the only one who is complaining about their deposit, that’s fine”. I was not complaining at all, I was just telling him that it should be explained on the website. His tone was condescending, and said that he has terrible customer service skills. Treating me and actually said that , I didn’t know that for any rental product that one must leave a deposit. I have the money to pay for the deposit, it was about letting customers know on their website about the deposit. Then he told me that “I am having a bad day”. Worst customer service ever and I hope he gets fired. I asked his name and didn’t want to give it.

Definitely recommend Baby to Senior. Great service. I rented a bed, wheelchair and ramp for my husband and all of the items were very helpful to assist with his progress of getting better after a broken ankle surgery. Amir was wonderful with everything. Really appreciate all he did for my husband.
