I had a very positive experience with Evam Canada for our HVAC replacement project. From the first inquiry to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special mention to Ed, who was outstanding throughout the whole experience. He was always quick to respond, even during weekends and after regular business hours, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind while making an important home decision. He also gave his honest professional opinion, but always respected our final decisions even when they were different from his recommendations. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. Ed also worked with us to offer the best price possible while making sure we received the right equipment for our home’s needs rather than simply upselling unnecessary options. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and professional. They made sure everything was working properly and left the area clean afterward. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Evam Canada to anyone looking for honest advice, fair pricing, quality equipment, and excellent customer support. Ed and his team did a great job installing an Aprilaire humidifier for me. Ed is knowledgeable and clearly cares about his work. I did ask for additional wiring to the ecobee but it ended up being simple enough to do myself. In retrospect, I should have probably opted for a steam humidifier instead but I ended up hitting getting adequate results.

We are very happy with our new furnace and so glad that we chose Evam to install it. Ed was fantastic to deal with and his team quickly installed our furnace on a very cold day. Highly recommend!
