This company is great. I had an issue with my AC after a new furnace had been installed the past winter. I called and they had a tech out to fix the issue within 90 minutes. All the staff I've interacted with have been super competent and friendly.

Update: After posting my review, the company’s manager personally contacted me and took the time to listen to my concerns. I would like to thank him for his professionalism, understanding, and genuine effort to resolve the situation. He worked with me to find a solution that I am very satisfied with, addressing both the repair of the air conditioner and a plan to ensure the system remains properly maintained going forward. I appreciate that he took ownership of the issue and was committed to finding a fair resolution. While the initial experience was frustrating, especially during a period of hot weather without a functioning AC, I believe it is important to recognize when a company makes a sincere effort to correct a problem. Thank you to the manager and the team for working toward a positive outcome. The main issue solved: We had an air conditioner installed by this company three years ago, and it came with a 10-year parts and labour warranty. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working after only three years. When I contacted the company for service, I was told I would need to pay a $170 diagnostic fee because annual maintenance had not been performed. When I questioned how this aligned with the warranty coverage, I was informed that the company had previously attempted to contact me regarding maintenance, which, to the best of my knowledge, never happened. As a result, there has been a dispute over responsibility for the repair. What is most disappointing is that our family has been without air conditioning for three days during very hot weather while waiting for a resolution. A warranty is only valuable when a company stands behind it and provides timely support when problems arise. Based on this experience, I would not choose this company again and cannot recommend them to others looking for reliable after-sales service.
