  Don’t come here for repairs. The management for this store is like non existing. Went in spoke to like a manager and got transferred to another employee and another one… worst thing was I waiting for a whole month and half after dropping my scooter off and nobody called for an update. And my scooter was sitting there collecting dust and no repairs were done on it… really disappointed and waste our time… DONT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS…

  Totally Faltu service, i went from Lafluer to this shop, after showing my scooter problems , they said they have no tools to repair. is it any systems to say that, they are totally careless. request you to mentioned the product name that only this type of vehicle repair you. Thanks

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service — exceeded all expectations! I’m brand new to the world of electric scooters and recently bought my first one second-hand. It needed a solid tune-up, so I brought it to EZWheel on Décarie and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team. JP, the technician who worked on my scooter, took the time to go through every issue I had. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and explained everything he was doing step by step. I never once felt rushed or brushed off which, as someone new to this, I really appreciated. While JP worked on my scooter, Rod took the time to walk me through the store and gave me what can only be described as a crash course on electric scooter ownership (no pun intended). Maintenance tips, battery care, features to look for in a model, what to avoid, and how to get the most out of the experience he covered it all. It was genuine, informative, and super helpful. Because of their honest and professional approach, I’ve now decided to upgrade to one of their newer models that fits my needs perfectly and that decision was made with full confidence thanks to the guidance I got here. You can tell these guys really care about what they do. They’re not just trying to make a sale they’re trying to build lasting relationships and help people get the most out of their scooters. Their customer service is top-notch, and as someone who walked in nervous and unsure, I walked out excited and informed. Highly recommend EZWheel to anyone. This place is the real deal. 👏
