I see that Kolo is getting many positive reviews. I agree that the prices are very reasonable and they respect their guarantee. Repairs are done to my satisfaction. The only problem is the pick-up service for those who are too far away to drive their scooter to the shop. I had my scooter picked up twice and got three different prices for this service which was very high (around $100). They are very disorganized in arranging to pick up my scooter, making me wait twice almost the whole day. One time they did not even show up. I suggest that the driver call the client at least 30 minutes before presenting himself at my address. The client should have the telephone number of the driver in case there is a problem with the pick-up. Nothing is more annoying than being told to stay home all afternoon and evening waiting for the truck to arrive. Addendum: I have just met with the delivery man who explained to me how incredibly busy he was today, serving many clients on and off the Island of Montreal. He will finish his activities well after 11:00 p.m. Looks like a hard and conscientious worker! He was very courteous and he picked up my two scooters for service. All's well that ends well. I am changing my rating to five stars.

Did a lot of research before my electric scooter purchase. I'm glad I did because I made the best possible decision I could have made by buying it at koloscooter.

I was really impressed by the way they treated me and took care of my broken triporter. Before I went there I researched about six other scooter repair shops and none of them were helpful or reasonable especially when it came to price and quality of service but kolo scooter was totally above all the rest finish came to service and taking care of customers so I am recommending this place for people who want to buy electric scooter or have their use electric scooter fixed coolest scooter is the place to go.
