  Extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered an electric scooter that was delivered on April 17, and from day one, one of the charging ports was defective. The charger would not go all the way into the port, making it completely unusable. I reported the issue immediately and expected a quick resolution since the scooter was brand new and still under warranty. Instead, I’ve spent nearly two months chasing customer service. I sent emails, followed up multiple times, waited weeks for a response, and when they finally replied in the second week of May, they asked for more information. I provided everything they requested right away, including a video clearly showing the defective charging port. Now it’s June, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. The most frustrating part is not even the defective scooter—it’s the complete lack of customer support. Once they have your money, it feels like you’re on your own. They are quick to sell their products but incredibly slow when it comes to honoring their warranty and helping customers with legitimate issues. I have been patient, understanding, and cooperative throughout this entire process. No customer should have to spend months trying to get a response about a warranty claim on a product that arrived defective. Save yourself the frustration and buy your scooter somewhere else. There are plenty of companies that actually value their customers and stand behind the products they sell. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

  Thank you for the service! They were able to fix my InMotion V12 flat tire (tube change). They are very busy so it took two weeks but since the job was well done and had a good experience in the shop im ok with waiting a bit to get a good fix.

  Bought my first custom Moose e-bike from EZ Wheels 2 years ago and couldn't be happier. Bike was sturdy, steady, fast, and reliable. I consistently got great maintenance, upgrades and riding tips from the teams, often on the same day. When my motor failed after a controller upgrade, they were honest about not managing to fix it and offered me a very cheap bike upgrade instead. Unfortunately my beloved bike got stolen (contact me if you see it please -- it's the only one of this model in town!). I will buy my next one with EZWheel.
