I went here today to pick up my package from Purolator. The staff was insulting. I was talking to him nicely and asking why the Purolator driver wrote in the note that I could pick up my package after 12pm today. Then I came at 3:30ish, and my package wanst there. For me, it's totally inconvenient and misleading. The staff was not very helpful I asked if the Purolator app would inform me when they received my package so I can arrange my schedule and come to pick it up but he dismissed me right away totally unprofessional. I will not choose this branch to drop off my delivery next time.

I really like this pharmacy but they have shorted my last THREE prescription refills due to miscounting and errors. Twice they gave me 80 pills instead of 90, and most recently a box of blister pack meds was half empty (missing 15 pills). Customers should be sure to check their meds right away and I really hope the pharmacy can address this issue. Being shorted on meds is more annoying than dangerous, but errors like these are concerning.
