We used Genesis Medi Shuttle to help my dad come home from the hospital, and I can’t say enough good things about their service. The team was extremely kind, professional, and patient during the entire process. They went above and beyond to safely transfer him from the bottom floor of our house all the way to his bedroom on the second floor, which was a huge relief for our family.
