We had an outstanding experience with Eco, and I can’t thank them enough for their exceptional service. Just days before Christmas, we found ourselves in urgent need of a lift chair for my father—and despite the tight timeline, the team at Eco rose to the occasion with grace and professionalism. They were honest about what could be done, yet remained courteous and reassuring throughout the process. To our relief, the chair was delivered just in time. The entire rental process—from drop-off to pick-up—was seamless, and every interaction with their staff was genuinely pleasant. There was a minor hiccup with the billing, but even that was handled swiftly and effectively, reinforcing just how reliable and customer-focused they are. Highly recommend Eco for anyone in need of thoughtful, responsive service—especially when time is of the essence.

In early March my scooter got a flat. I contacted Eco and was immediately assisted by Doug. I brought my tire in and unfortunately it was beyond repair. After an exhaustive search for an inner tube we were finally able to find it. I ended up getting two. While waiting I was offered a loner scooter at no cost. Today I picked up my tire and returned the loaner. I have nothing but thanks and great appreciation to the staff that assisted me. Their care, understanding and professionalism was far beyond my expectations. Thankyou Mark
