When my aunt suggested I take my mother (who is wheelchair bound and needs full care and lives in a nursing home) to Montreal for Xmas from B.C. to be with her sisters I thought she was crazy! She said I found this company called Helpers Care and they think we can make it happen with their help. She said I spoke to a very nice lady named Petra and she wants to help us make this happen. Well, she made it happen and her staff could not have been any kinder, respectful, gentle, accommodating and always on time and they helped make our family Xmas so special! We could not have done it without the help of Gidey, Saheed and Veronica and of course Petra! Thank you, Thank you , Thank you for making my family’s Christmas and my mother’s dream come true. What a wonderful team you have and I could not recommend Helpers Care as a company to use enough, they were AMAZING!!!

I'm giving 5 stars to Helpers Care because these people are what you need when you are not sure of what you need.Lots of patience, lots of time to discuss your particular situation and the different options of available services. Above all, they are FLEXIBLE which is not always the case in these kinds of service. For my short term needs due to a physical injury, they offered 20 hours a week to do all the things I couldn't do for myself: light housekeeping, light cooking, grocery runs, even pharmacy runs and mailing letters. And all for very reasonable rates and a pleasant attitude. It was Petra, my phone contact who made all this happen and was ready to help at each step.
