I visited the Scarborough La-Z-Boy Furniture location just a few days ago and had a very positive and pleasurable experience. I was looking for a modern, small space wall power recliner and was introduced to Ana to assist me with that. Her knowledge of their products and professionalism is top notch and I must note that Ana was very patient with us during the experience. She took her time answering our questions and gave us time to think our options through until we made our final decision. We purchased 2 recliners which were part of their current lowest pricing sale along with the in-store scratch tickets for additional savings. We are very pleased with this experience at La-Z-Boy and grateful that Ana took care of us. If you are in the market for any of this type of furniture, I highly recommend checking out La-Z-Boy as their quality and comfort is worth the value paid in my opinion.

What an awesome experience. I have bought from lazy boy on several occasions over the years however this was the best service by a salesperson called Hana at the Scarborough store that I had the pleasure to experience. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and so intouch with our needs. Wasn't pushy and made us so comfortable. We finished with ordering a beautiful power recliner and a couch. Thanks for such a lovely experience Anna, Donna and Linda.
