Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had the carbon fibre walker on display for me to try out. I was able to purchase the walker in the colour I wanted from their stock on hand.

Vital Mobility on Bathurst was so easy to deal with. I found them online and their website was clear and easy to follow. I was able to find the ice machine that I needed for my knee surgery recovery with ease and it was a good price. The lady who worked in the store was friendly and efficient when I showed up at the store and it was easy to park right in front.

I had been searching for a place to buy a lift chair for a family member for months. Numerous online searches yielded only online options but I really wanted to touch and feel the chair. Vital Mobility was a godsend, particularly since I live in downtown Toronto. I popped in and out within an hour with exactly what I was looking for. Valentina was incredibly helpful. Delivery was prompt and the service experience from start to finish was flawless. I can't recommend the team at Vital Mobility enough. I only wish I had found them sooner. It would have save me from wasting hours of internet scrolling!
