Ordered 3 sets of flatware online. 1 set came into the store. When I inquired about the remaining 2, they said they were on back order, zero at the warehouse and discontinued. I guess they should have limited order ability to 1. Over 3 weeks for delivery to their own store for pick up. Needless to say. The solo set was returned as 1 set is not very useful for a busy household.

Very disappointing gift return policy. I wanted to exchange a gift I received for Christmas for something else in store. I was told I need to get the original receipt/gift receipt or a copy of the person's bank statement in order for an exchange. I do not want to hurt the person's feelings who got me the gift by asking for proof of purchase :( Never encountered this issue at any other retail stores...
