It is strongly recommended to replace the front desk waitress. This person's work efficiency is very slow and she does not understand business knowledge. She gives guests an uncharged device, which prevents guests from testing it properly. When she was given advice, this person not only refused to accept it, but continued to persist in his own approach to the wrong job. If such an irresponsible person is wasting government money, she should be replaced as soon as possible. She is not suitable for this position. I made my most serious complaint to the department.

They took forever to send anything to insurance company and lied to me about why it was taking so long. They tried to blame it on my insurance company but it was actually them as they did not send it to the insurance company. Once the approval was done they tell me they only work Tuesday and Thursday's for machine setup which does not work so i told them i would have to go somewhere else and they could care less so you know they have no customer service. Worst experience ever for trying to get a cpap. Do not use this place they suck and kie right to you. They would get zero stars but not able to give that grade.

Sarah is outstanding—extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnostic results and recommendations. I would highly recommend Mainland Sleep clinic!
