My appointment was originally booked for 10:00am but they agreed to change it to 10:45am even if it was a last minute request. When I embarrassingly called just before that appointment to once again say that I would be late, Boljit was ever the pleasant and accommodating provider. She proposed we do the visit over the phone and I could drop by any morning next week to pick up the part I was missing. No frustration or attitude towards the client, even though I completely deserved it. Something we rarely see in the medical field. Thanks Boljit!

Had a great experience from beginning to finish, from picking up the test kit, to dropping it off, and the subsequent appointment to set up my CPAP machine. Baljot has been super patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating to all of my needs. She explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood what everything meant and what the next steps will be going forward. On the first night of getting my CPAP machine, I already slept through the entire night. Waking up after a solid 10 hours of sleep (without waking up once), I was surprised that the normal dull, ache in my head is almost gone. I don’t think I even remember my head being this light and without the usual constant pressure inside my skull in recent memory. Definitely worth initiating the steps to get tested (and treated) even if process sounds scary and daunting at first. I’m just kicking myself for not seeking the help I obviously needed earlier. Can’t wait to see the long term benefits down the road.

Baljot has been great in helping me find a set up with my CPAP that works for me. It took a few tries but she was very patient, easy going, and was able to make adjustments based on my feedback. And the biggest plus is a sleep so well now. Never knew this is what it feels like to be actually rested!
