My custom sized mattress was made and delivered in less than 10 days. I've never had a better experience with delivery. You are sent a link to a webpage about a day ahead of time that provides the 3 hour window of delivery, and on delivery day, provides the number of deliveries ahead of you, the estimated driving time and mileage between the previous delivery and yours, and a live update of the location of the truck as it's on the way to you. The sales guys were wonderful, answering all my questions and providing tips and recommendations. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and took off their boots without asking before entering the apartment. A very positive experience overall!

We just received our new mattress. The buying experience has been great. The product quality is evident over typical mattresses and although not inexpensive, the reversibity alone should justify the expense.
