As soon as we walked in Eva Lorentzos helped us instantly. She asked the right questions and narrowed it down to 2 mattreses and we ended up with one that's like sleeping on a cloud. Her expertise, patience and kindness made it all go smoothly. We are so happy with our new mattress!

2026 03 10 I am writing this to warn other consumers: there is no protection when dealing with this business, as they have proven to have no integrity. The owner falsely claimed in March 2026 that I "did not respond" for five months. This is a categorical lie. I have attached a screenshot of my original email sent on August 17, 2025, documenting the major structural defects of the mattress I purchased that same month. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. I have formally escalated this case to the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and will no longer engage with them privately. Consumer Warning: Do not trust their "customer service" responses—they are a smokescreen for negligence. 2026 03 03 UPDATE: RESPONSE TO OWNER'S FALSE CLAIMS FACT CHECK ON "NO RESPONSE": The owner’s claim that they "did not receive a response" from me is a blatant lie. I have documented proof of repeated follow-ups starting in August 2025 that were ignored for 5 months. CONTRADICTORY EXCUSES: Your customer service employee previously blamed the delay on "staff quitting," but now you are publicly shifting the blame to the customer. This inconsistency proves a lack of integrity. BAD FAITH: After 5 months of negligence, I no longer trust this business. A "replacement" is not a solution when the professional trust is completely broken. I am seeking a FULL REFUND through Ministry mediation and will not be contacting you privately at your info@ email. 2026 02 28 "Support Canadian Business" turned into a 5-month nightmare. Zero accountability. I chose Mattress Mart because I wanted to support a local Canadian business, but they have completely exploited that trust. In August 2025, I bought a mattress at Mattress Mart located at 3777 Strandherd Dr #100, Nepean, ON K2J 4B1. I reported a major structural defect (splitting seams) on my $799 mattress in August 2025. I was ignored for FIVE MONTHS. Now, the store admits the delay was due to "staff quitting" but blames ME for not using a specific website link to report it. After being ignored for five months and forced to exhaust dozens of hours and travel expenses just to receive a response, it is evident that Mattress Mart has zero respect for their customers' time and effort. This is not professional customer service; it is a calculated attempt to wear down a consumer until they abandon their legal rights. The splitting seams are located precisely at the load-bearing edge of the mattress—a high-stress area that is critical to the product's overall structural integrity. This is not a mere 'cosmetic' flaw; it is a progressive structural failure that will inevitably lead to further unraveling under normal use. For a mattress at the $799 price point, it is a reasonable consumer expectation that the product be free of such material defects and remain durable for more than a few months. To characterize a split in a primary weight-bearing seam as 'cosmetic' is not only a dismissive attempt to evade the statutory quality standards mandated by the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, but also a blatant display of bad faith. Due to a total breakdown of professional trust, I am seeking a full refund. The business has limited their offer to a 'replacement' or 'store credit,' but after five months of negligence and a dismissive attitude, I have zero confidence in their products or support. Forcing a customer to accept a replacement from a brand that has already failed them is not a solution—it is entrapment. I refuse to be tethered to a business that demonstrates such blatant bad faith. I am seeking final closure to move on from this stressful ordeal To Mattress Mart ( located at 3777 Strandherd Dr #100, Nepean, ON K2J 4B1 ), "Support Canadian Business" is just a marketing slogan. When things go wrong, they hide behind excuses and staff turnover. They are damaging the reputation of all honest local merchants. Save your money—go to a business that respects your time and the law.

Great service, my partner and I just bought our first home and needed a new mattress, we were welcomed, informed, helped etc without feeling like we were being forced to buy something. Spent about 30 minutes in the store and ended up buying a mattress and adjustable frame for what we felt was a good/fair price. Excellent Customer service from Cam
