Absolutely unacceptable experience. Eva was beyond disrespectful while I was trying to return a mattress under warranty. She repeatedly hung up on me, claiming she was “with a customer,” which felt like nothing more than an excuse to avoid doing her job. Her attitude was hostile, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This wasn’t a misunderstanding , it was blatant rudeness. Customer service does not mean cutting people off, hanging up on them, or treating them like an inconvenience. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had. Management seriously needs to address this behavior, because employees like this drive customers away and damage the company’s reputation.

Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time buying my own mattress, and I had a lot of questions and wasn’t sure what to look for, and Kal helped me find exactly what I wanted. Received mattress promptly with no issues.

My experience in purchasing a mattress, etc. with Mattress Mattress was so stress free. Eva Peet was outstanding and definitely had the knowledge and I was quite impressed. Love my new mattress and bed. Would definitely recommend as the service was amazing. Thank you Eva.
