Integrity, Responsiveness, and Customer-Focused Service Outstanding customer care and professionalism from the Mattressville team from beginning to end. My original mattress purchase was smooth, straightforward, and handled professionally throughout. When a later issue arose involving the box spring/foundation, the team remained consistently responsive, patient, and committed to ensuring everything was resolved correctly. I especially appreciated being provided with the SKU and model information so I could independently confirm I was receiving the proper foundation. What stood out most was the follow-through. At every stage, I genuinely felt that customer satisfaction mattered and that the team cared about getting things right rather than simply closing a sale. That level of conscientious service and accountability is increasingly rare and deserves recognition. One point that would have been helpful from a customer perspective was greater precision regarding the actual foundation height, as even a relatively small difference can affect bedding fit — particularly bed skirt length. Overall, this was a positive experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Mattressville to others looking not only for quality products, but for a company that stands behind its customers with integrity and care.

When my wife and I were in the market for a new mattress, we knew we wanted to avoid the big box stores, specifically their salespeople who follow your every step around the store. We didn't want to order online because we wanted to try out the mattress before buying. We're extremely happy to have come across Mattressville. The showroom had good selection and prices were better than we expected! Alex was patient and kind, answering any questions we had and encouraging us to take our time trying out each mattress. He gave us space to chat amongst ourselves and never once did we feel pressured or as if someone was looking over our shoulder. We ended up purchasing the Kingsdown Cool Wave mattress, which was one of Alex's suggestions. We opted for in store pick-up and the mattress was ready in less than a week. Alex helped us load the box into our car, and once again was a pleasure to interact with. We've been sleeping on the mattress for a couple of nights now and love it. My wife and I both sleep in every position you could imagine (side, back, stomach) and this mattress has been comfortable throughout it all. Overall, we're super happy with our experience and would recommend Mattressville to anyone in the market for a new mattress! 14 MONTH UPDATE: Unfortunately our Kingsdown foam mattress has started to sag pretty substantially and is no longer comfortable. We’ve decided to replace it with a firmer hybrid mattress which will hopefully be more durable. Shopping at Mattressville was a great experience and I still recommend the store, I just wish we did more research on which brands would be best for us and personally would not recommend Kingsdown.
