Excellent Service. Excellent Choices. We visited the store and met Ash. He's very professional and easy to deal with. We chose a mattress but we didn't buy it initially. However, later on that day, we called him to confirm. He didn't ask for down payment. He just took our shipping address and promised delivery within 1 to 2 weeks. Exactly, one week later, he delivered the mattress by himself and took the older one for recycling. We very much appreciate this service. Nine Clouds is highly recommend store to buy your next mattress.

Purchased a new mattress here and had a good experience overall. Delivery was very smooth and arrived right at time indicated. Would purchase another mattress again from Nine Clouds when the time arises.

I am over the moon happy with my mattress and adjustable frame. Ashley was so wonderful. I had called many places that kept trying to upsell me what I didn't want; until I found nine clouds. Ashley knew exactly what i was looking for, and the sale was quick and easy. The delivery was ontime and so quick. I would HIGHLY recommend nine clouds if you are looking for a new bed.
