I have an appointment for 7:45 am and I've been waiting in line for over two hours, it's horrible! When I asked when my turn was, they told me they would be able to see me at 11:45! I told them that I have a baby waiting for me at home and I can't wait long! This is definitely not about humanity, they are doing everything they can to make the lives of young mothers who don't have help and their families as difficult as possible! It's horrible, I waited less time in the Emergency Room

Staff are so calm considerate and caring. Even when you have just a minor injury you can get very disoriented. Everyone - even starting with the Security staff- worked so hard to relax us and we were taken care of very quickly. Hard to find adequate words of thanks. Just the best.

Absolutely terrible experience. You should really warn people that you will be gluing sensors into people's hair and then use an air compressor to make the glue dry (exactly what you need right before bed 🙄).... I'm getting married very soon and my hair is basically ruined from the sleep study. The nurse said it would easily wash out in the shower...It was not easy (washed 6 times and still had glue flaking off). It left my scalp with many sores and my hair brittle and dry. I had a reaction afterwards from all the adhesives and my skin was on fire . You guys need a better way. How do you expect people to sleep when they go to bed feeling like a science experiment. It also did not help that the staff weren't the friendliest. I felt like an inconvenience when I got up multiple times to go to the bathroom. As much as I want answers I would NEVER go back to do that again. The experience was honestly so much worse than I could have ever imagined. Here's to hoping they got what they needed from my maybe 1-2 hours of sleep that I actually got. If you have a sleep study scheduled, I really truly hope your experience is better than mine was.
