Called regarding check up of cpap machine. Staff was able to complete machine performance review on line very quickly. Sent me the original prescription and report of their review by email. Great service!

Recently sent me a used machine with hundreds of hours on it as new, billed my Blue Cross and me and then asked for the machine returned after it was already paid for, and they did not follow the monitoring schedule Selling used machines, double billing, and getting the equipment back thats been paid for, then leaving you out the machine, your coverage used up, and the money you paid Sent machine back and nothing refunded to myself or my insurance Check your machines usage data to make sure you have a new one Obviously what they do regularly and how I ended up with a used machine As well, no after purchase support. also beware they only have 5 star reviews..., obviously takiing other ones down and also they buy 5 star reviews with "free gift for 5 star review"

I had an appointment to go over my CPAP with clinical sleep consultant Allyson Raymundo. I would really recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and was so helpful. She was really good at going over how to properly care for the machine. Very friendly. She made me feel less overwhelmed about everything. Good experience today at CPAP Machines Canada Sterling Lyon. :)
