Ray and his team of technicians did an excellent job installing a lift in my father’s house. his independence is now solidified and he can safely enter and exit his house via wheelchair. the installation was smooth and done very efficiently. Ray and his team were courteous and caring and described every step of the process. i recommend using this company for any accessibility needs as they have proved to be a very solid team with great ethical values. we will be using this company for all my dads needs in the future and are pleased with the results. Thomas the salesman was great. no pressure and he gave solutions to issues and they were presented as a choice not an obligation. thank you so much for a smooth and excellent experience.

Your technician Ray completed all requested work for my wife, Diana Rickards today. Very professional. And we are both pleased with his services. This is the second time he serviced our chair and his service is always excellent.

Ray was sent out on a service call to my house to repair my commode wheel and my PT rails, he did the job very well and was very knowledgable when speaking about what he repaired. He also talked about bars that he could get to better assist me in the washroom. He was very professional, knowlegeable and courteous.
