Onvision was a pleasure to deal with. Husein came out for an initial visit, answered all our questions, and helped us choose the best CCTV setup for our needs and budget. I had an excellent experience with Onvision for my intercom installation. My previous intercom system had been installed about 15 years ago, and after renovations, it was no longer working. Hussein first came to assess the issue and verify whether the wiring was still good. Unfortunately, the old unit was no longer usable, but Hussein clearly explained the problem and showed me where the unit was damaged. I decided to upgrade to a new system with app connectivity, and Onvision was very quick to provide an estimate. The full system was installed within a week. Hussein was very professional throughout the installation. He had to reinstall wiring, but the work was done carefully, cleanly, and with no mess. I especially appreciated how careful he was not to damage my newly renovated office. Hussein also made sure the new system was working properly and patiently walked me through the app before leaving. I would highly recommend Onvision.
