I am so extremely disappointed with this company. While the device itself is satisfactory as a step counter, the company seemingly forgets that they are providing a paid emergency service. They are unresponsive—we have sent multiple follow ups that have gone completely unanswered—their support team consistently has issues locating our account so cannot provide support, and the number of false alarms is ludacris. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for peace of mind regarding their loved one.
