Exceptional service at PureFlow! The clinic environment is spotless and very welcoming. Shandika was fantastic—super patient, highly knowledgeable, and took her time to explain everything in detail. She was extremely generous and accommodating in helping me tailor my equipment setup to my needs. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. 5 stars all the way for Shandika!

Judi was a gem to deal with. She’s patient, knowledgeable and did not see any question as unnecessary. I was fully aware of the functions of my new CPAP machine just from the onsite demonstration that Judi provided. Great asset to this company!!

My most recent visit to PureFlow was great, as usual. All of the staff are very pleasant and professional and I was seen promptly. Janelle was kind and helpful and I appreciate her thoughtful advice.
