We purchased a king size Spring Air mattress about three years ago, and since the original store had closed, we reached out directly to Restwell regarding ongoing back and neck pain we had been experiencing. The process was incredibly smooth we made one call and sent an email with photos, and their warranty coordinator, Nishara, was extremely helpful. Within just a few days, we were able to drop off our mattress, and it was repaired and ready for pickup the very same day, within just a few hours. They did an amazing job, and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you for the quick response and for handling everything so efficiently and professionally. We truly appreciate the excellent support!

The warranty coordinator at Restwell did an excellent job of looking after us! After close to 6 years we were having an issue with our mattress and without hesitation they offered to replace our mattress for us…they worked with Scan Design, where we had originally purchased it, and we had our new mattress in a timely manner! Thank you for the great service!

I just had the best customer service with this company. Highly recommend them. We got my mother’s older Novo tech bed system, which she needs when she stays with us. The remote stopped working unfortunately but it is over 10 years old. We reached out to the company to see if there was anything we could do to get it up and working again. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Everyone we dealt with including the Assistant manager who we originally talked to. Dana who helped coordinate everything and made sure the problem was dealt with. They sent Steve, a representative out to our house free of charge to help figure out the problem. The remote ended up needing to be replaced and one of the wires re-routed. Steve replaced the remote and fixed everything no charge for us. Thank you all so much again for your help. For the wonderful service we received alone, I would highly recommend this business.
