Excellent, friendly, and very responsive service. After my mother broke her hip, we needed a hospital bed quickly, and the team made the process easy from start to finish. The bed was delivered promptly and set up professionally, and their staff were helpful and compassionate throughout. Ali was very knowledgeable while facilitating my mother in laws mobility limitations. He was able to get what we wanted for the budget we had. He followed up the week after to ensure we were happy with the purchase also which was nice. Highly recommend this business. Great people.

Our experience was phenomenal. We came looking for an electric, foldable, travel wheelchair. We found Ali and he offered superior customer service, showing us all the options available. He took the time to show us all the features of each unit and fully answered our questions. We made our choice and Ali helped us with the application process (with our 3rd party medical insurance provider). While we waited Ali had a loaner unit available. Ali (and his staff) were amazing throughout the process being caring, compassionate and helpful. I highly recommend South Surrey Medical Equipment for all of your medical device requirements.
