Robert and Tim installed a new Hot Water tank in my home on June 5 2026, both were very pleasant and efficient doing the installation. They put down carpets to protect my floors and also tested the temperature of the water when they left. I highly recommend their workmanship.

As an HVAC technician and former operations manager, I expect fair service and integrity. I inherited an Enercare water heater rental with my new build and continued for a decade. After those 10 years, I still owed $800 on a unit whose value is far lower. Compounding the issue, the tank failed, causing a flood in my home. The contractual terms have proven onerous and outdated for today’s industry. In my professional opinion, the product quality was inadequate, and the contract structure is not aligned with best practices. I advise caution before engaging their services.
