Submitted a lead through their website and received a call. I scheduled an appointment at their showroom for 4pm today, which involved me taking time off of work. Got to the showroom to find the doors locked and no one answering the phone. A complete waste of my time and utter incompetency of their appointment scheduler.

Once we bought the tub and Brady Marshall had the money is his hands he would not call us or email us back after months of trying to connect with him to return a part that he sold us that was not necessary. We highly suggest not using this place. Its been eight months now and we continue trying with no response. Once he has your money he will ghost you, a disgusting way to do business. His installer told us that unfortunately he hears this quit often.

We had a walk in tub installed a year ago and had a problem with the door closing . As it turned out we had jamed it ourselves. Thie tech showed us the problem at no charge. Thanks Safe Bathing
