What an amazing clinic! They were able to understand my needs and direct bill through NIHB, something I had been desperately trying to find on Vancouver Island for over two years. The entire process was easy and stress-free. A huge thank you to Parul, Suzanne, and a shout out to Andrew Wroblewski for your kindness, professionalism, and support. After starting CPAP therapy, my life has literally changed so significantly that I'm honestly still in shock. I'm sleeping better, have energy that lasts throughout the day, and I'm already noticing big improvements in my overall health and quality of life. I highly recommend Snore MD Kelowna to anyone looking for exceptional care.

The staff at Sonora MD have been amazing. They have been very fast and completely organized with my entire experience and needs. Not only the counter staff, the phone call receivers and as well Andrew, who did my fitting and subsequent adjustments after my first week, have been incredible at giving me service and expertise as I learned to use my machine and mask this past week!

Received great service from Andrew and Suzanne throughout the whole process of testing, trials and finally purchase of my CPAP machine. They were friendly, informative and efficient . Thank you so much for your advice and knowledge. It was a pleasure dealing with you both.
