  I have been so hesitant to go for CPAP at first but from the moment I set foot in SnoreMD Ladner branch, everything changed for me. I faced a very professional and experienced team to begin with. They clearly explained to me the advantages of using CPAP & of course the consequences of not using it. They were all so patient and tolerant towards my skeptical approach and questions! Bottom line, from the moment I have started using CPAP, my life has practically changed. I wake up so fresh (& my days start at 5 AM) & “oxygenated” as I like calling it. Above all, I sleep soundlessly and comfortably. Another magnificent after sales service I received from SnoreMD Ladner team was the feedback during the first week, in order to customize the CPAP device to my need and comfort. While analyzing the previous night’s sleep with all elements and indices, they adjusted the device every night so by the end of the week, the results were astounding. A huge Bravo-Zulu to the SnoreMD team in Ladner who are indeed an asset to this company.

  It was time to purchase a new chap machine. I am a patient of Snore MD for many years now, and staff turns over every once and awhile. The two girl today went way above and beyond. They explained everything and made sure that all paperwork and computer work was all correct and complete. I can’t explain how much I enjoyed purchasing my new machine from them, I had a smile on my face the whole time. Thank you so much Grace and Suoya.
