I wanted to write a review for Soma because it's an absolutely fantastic mattress store - - which I've never bought a mattress from. I know that might sound weird, but I've been to Soma like a dozen times now, and have received wonderful help each time. John, the owner, and Josh, his assistant, are SUPER knowledgeable on latex, mattresses, bedding materials, heat management, the moisture-wicking properties of fabrics, and more. They clearly know their stuff, and have always been happy to answer my questions... and I have asked a LOT. Across the dozen visits I've made to the store, and all of their time that I've taken, I've only actually purchased a single (excellent) pillow. This isn't because their wares are bad - on the contrary, it's probably the finest bedding store I've ever been to. Health and wellness are the primary concern, and everything they carry is made to last. The thing is, I'm broke, so that's why I haven't bought a mattress from them yet. But if I was in the market for one, I'd come here first, no question.

I've been looking for a mattress for a while before finding Soma on line and from the moment I walked in the service, knowledge & Patience were exceptional by both Josh & John. Every communication either via email or phone call were returned in a professional & timely manner. There was no pressure at all just a true desire to help find the right mattress fit. when my mattresses were delivered I was thrilled to find the same exceptional service from the delivery team.
