Where do I start ? I had been searching to replace our kitchen taps for about a week because of a leak. We were looking for the same taps, or close to the same.. but I was having a hard time finding these taps in the same finish at other stores. They make the same tap, just not the same finish. I was getting nowhere. As I'm driving past Ensuite on St. James, I decide, why not try them. I go in, and I tell Melinda what the problem is, and how I need to replace the taps. Melinda tells me you don't need to replace, this brand has a warranty and the replacement parts to fix the problem can be ordered. I'm thrilled ..and even more thrilled that they are being ordered and delivered at no cost to me. NO ONE else at the other "stores" even mentioned this, or even hinted at this information. Melinda even explained how to fix the tap once we get the part. What fantastic customer service. They went out of their way to help, and I don't even know where I originally bought the taps. It didn't matter, they just wanted to help. I now know where I'm going when future fixtures are needed in our house. JUST AWESOME !!

We work together with The Ensuite with all of our projects. We can confidently send our customers to their friendly, and knowledgable staff to make plumbing fixture selections on their new homes, renovations, additions, and upgrades. Thier endless product selection ensures you can get the product you desire. One of the many reasons we don't deal with anyone else!

I got the feeling that the staff at the The Ensuit don't want to really want to help you. First their hours are terrible if you work a 9-5 job they aren't open evenings and weekends. Once you walk in no one greets you. No one ever approaches you to ask if you need help. Alot of the staff members just stared at us. It felt very uncomfortable as if we were not wanted there. We did approached someone to ask and they were friendly and helpful once we initiated contact but once he left and we had follow up questions he was busy talking to another staff member. There was 5 staff and at the time we walked there was maybe 1 other customer. We got the answers to our questions but no one really elaborated on the products. Why one was better than the another. They left a bad impression and I don't think I would use them when we do our basement bathroom.
