I was trying to order something online, but for a local pick up, as I'm on Vancouver island and my friend is in Winnipeg, currently. I spoke with Michelle, who was so refreshing to talk too. She helped me try to order it online and when that didn't work, she took the order over the phone. Everyone told me to just order through Amazon, but I wanted to support a small Canadian business. If I lived in Winnipeg, I know this would be my favourite store. (Is that sad?? As a 32 Year old ??)I was cruising their inventory and noticed SOOOOO much stuff for us, disabled folk. This store is amazing and the staff are so kind. If you are disabled or know someone who is, this is our Disney land!!!

Great customer service. Michelle L assisted me in ordering a part for my wheelchair, and she was very helpful every step of the way! I'm very happy with my order.

The Access Store installed hand controls in my new car. Maria was conscientious in setting everything up for the install, and Adrian did a beautiful install. Shop prices are normal, an added plus in the usually marked-up disability market. Thanks!
